Frankenstein Job Interview Webquest
In this webquest for Mary Shelley’s classic science fiction novel, your students have the chance to become Dr. Frankenstein’s lab assistant—but only if they have the right skills.
Through a series of web research activities, students will learn more about Frankenstein’s background and themes, including the history of Galvanism, details about Mary Shelley’s life, and the facets of Gothic literature. Then, students will write a cover letter explaining why their knowledge of 18th-century science and literature makes them the perfect candidate for the position.
